Netflix's hit show "Culinary Class Wars"

Netflix’s hit show “Culinary Class Wars” features 80 amateur chefs (“Black Spoons”) competing against 20 elite chefs (“White Spoons”). The judges are Korea’s renowned food critic Baek Jong-won and Michelin three-star chef Ahn Sung-jae.

Hyun-Seok Choi

Chef Choi Hyun-seok has built a remarkable career, serving as Dean of Ramid Hotel Vocational Academy and a full-time professor at Seoul Modern Vocational Academy. He was the former Head Chef at Elbon the Table and now leads as Executive Chef at CHOI. Restaurant and co.190. Additionally, he operates several well-known restaurants, including Vinostation, Dahlia Dining, and Central Reducer, where he showcases innovative Korean-European fusion cuisine. His diverse ventures highlight his influence and creativity in the culinary world.
