Netflix’s hit show “Culinary Class Wars” features 80 amateur chefs (“Black Spoons”) competing against 20 elite chefs (“White Spoons”). The judges are Korea’s renowned food critic Baek Jong-won and Michelin three-star chef Ahn Sung-jae.

Hyun-Seok Choi

He was the former Head Chef at Elbon the Table and now leads as Executive Chef at CHOI. Restaurant and co.190. Additionally, he operates several well-known restaurants, including Vinostation, Dahlia Dining, and Central Reducer, where he showcases innovative Korean-European fusion cuisine. His diverse ventures highlight his influence and creativity in the culinary world.
